Objectives:
- Development of performance models of specialists and managers of industrial enterprises;

- Organization of the interaction between government agencies, industry, educational institutions and foreign partners;

Planned activities:
ICT Centre:
-provides training for the teachers,
-develops model of of professional competencies,
-develops curriculum and training materials in accordance with the models of competence,
-develops program of practical training, internships,
-organizes practical training of specialists,
-coordinates the educational activities.

Educational Institutes:
-prepare training facilities,
-introduces into the learning process model of professional competence,
-leads training of the teachers, supervisors, mentors,
-teaching Specialists on competency model.

Enterprises:
-participates in the development of the model of professional competence,
- provides modern facilities, participating in creating the material base,
-accepts specialist to practice and internship,
-selects and prepares master teachers,
- provides job placement for specialists
-funded training (in part).

Foreign partners:
-organize the training of teachers,
-participate in the organization of training facilities,
-participate in development of competency model.
