DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The project aims at the significant reformation and modernization of the pedagogic education system in three countries of Central Asian in terms of its orientation to the best practices of European education area, national specifics and priorities of their home countries and with the purpose to provide the countries with the highly-qualified specialists in pedagogy and also in administrating educational institutions with new competence.

One of the particular project goals is not only modernizing existing Pedagogic education but also introducing new curricula on Educational management on Master and PhD levels.

More specifically within the EDUCA project «Modernization and development of curricula on pedagogy and educational management in the Central Asian countries» university partners from Central Asia will develop and modernize the existing curriculums on “Pedagogy” and develop a new curriculum on “Educational Management” based on European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) that meet international best practices and national specifics, based on the experience of European and Central Asian universities.

The project will result in the significant modernization of the pedagogic education and establishment of the relevant system for training managers for education system in Central Asian countries.

As a result of the project in the partner countries of Central Asia a new system of training teachers, based on the multilevel system with different possibilities of constructing the paths for the career development, including the scientific, academic and managerial will be formed.
